Is There a Specific Skill Set?

For me, I'm looking for what I think the analogy is like a T-shaped practitioner. They have several projects they can point to and then they have maybe a few other methods that they've dabbled in. So from a skills perspective, I do think I still look for someone who has one or a couple of methods that they're really comfortable with. And then for the other ones, you know, may never have done them, but they at least know what it is,.
