On a typical week, if you're not on the road, how many times can you expect to fly in a week? You can expect probably one. It depends on what level. If you're a junior F.O., you can expect to be three trainers a month,. Oh, so it's a pretty rare. There's not a lot of opportunity for that. Once a week ish and the further up you go on the F.O. chain, the fewer trainers required  and the less you can be expected to fly. Sometimes you would be jumping 30 days take off to landing to 30 day take off and landing.
