How to Tell Your Clients to Boil Water

My grandma's a great story about when craft macaroni and cheese came out in a box, right? And so of course she had to buy it because everybody bought it and she wasn't the sharpest tack. She followed the directions to a tee but missed that step where you boil the water. So she wrote them and she let them know that their directions were not quite exact and that they should fix it. "If we just take responsibility, we find that little hole and then we plug it for every other person that comes," he says.
