Emily: Are you having conversations upfront with your stakeholders and saying, here are the rules of engagement? Bob: We really want to make sure we determine that level of engagement. I like for folks to ask questions, ask questions about why we do things a certain way. Emily: You're kind of training their evil thinking muscles like your customers.Bob: It's funny because that story reminds me of a time where I was going for an internal network penetration test along with other colleagues.
