Moo-kun: Overloads of technical term and exercise physiology. It can be everything from a two day heavy training block all the way up to two weeks or even three weeks heavy training block. I think when you talk about the volume and intensity, definitely don't do both at the same time. And see what happens and see kind of like what your physiology responds to.
