They've got now 14 days to decide whether to challenge it, do digital review or indeed for Baron Asalut herself to challenge their intransigence. Do you think there's a real prospect of Johnson and his lawyers taking the COVID inquiry to court all vice versa? I think what's more likely is that the cabinet office has tried it on here because for me, I do understand the reasons for wanting to redact certain entries.
