Pendulum Squats Are Great for Building Quads

Having something to brace against is one of the components of a great hypertrophy exercise. It's really not stress on your back at all. The other thing i really like is you don't need a ton of weight, like i've seen 400 pound squatters. Put a 25, not two 25, a single 25 on the pendulum that're like, holdy ship. This is hard. And so if you're just looking for pure hypertrophyso having something to brace Against is very, very good.
