The Tennessee Drag Statute
Tennessee legislature introduced legislation to ban drag shows in public places or places where children could be present. The law was amended meaningfully to where obviously under, you know, consultation with Council. It's actually a far narrower statute than its proponents say it is. A lawsuit was filed and the judge issued a temporary restraining order.
