Fox News' Statement on Smartmatic's Damages Claim
Fox News has said it will pay Smartmatic $2.7 billion in a lawsuit over its voting machines. John Avlon says he doesn't think there's any reason to believe the case won't be settled out of court. He thinks Fox is just trying to make this suit go away, like they did with Ria Barroma and Abbey Grossberg suits.
