The Importance of Racing in Leadership

CrowdStrike is one of the most competitive companies you're going to run into. We love to win but we hate to lose and I think if you can lay that out from a leadership principle it really serves us well when dealing with customers. It's like middle school where lots of people just snipe at each other and you really have to rise above that. CrowdStrike has also been part of Lewis Hamilton's F1 car, so there are some parallels between racing and business.
