I Love My Job as an Academy Manager

Jeremy Peace was the chairman at West Brom when I became Academy manager. He called me down into his office and he used to probably give me a shout once a month for an update on the Academy so he called me said then then can you come down and see me at two o'clock this afternoon yeah no problem chairman come down. The role of sport and technical director has four parts: first team player recruitment, Academy medical and sports science is to pull those four together have ahead of each of those departments.
