When i used to exercise, i almost would use breathe breathing to get me tired. And since i've started to adopt more of the techniques that you discuss in the book, right? Like deep nasal breathing during the day, not over breathing and a not shallow chest Breathalyser. So it's pretty seldom now during exercise where i open my mouth, right? Unless i get very anarobic, i actually take the same breath patterns into my workout now that i use during my day.
