There's a democratic consensus around the nature of japan, yes. And so actually i think that gets to or we need to have a frank conversation. Japan is actually having that frank conversation. They're saying, let's talk about this, and then we're gon to make the choice. Whereas in a lot of western european countries, in north america, it just simmers under the surfaced. So it's so polarized in the united states that you neither side can do anything constructive. I mean, you're just stuck.
