I think one of the major things that we need to do is start thinking about things as products, rather than as projects that we're working on. One approach is also is to couple that product management person with a technical product manager who can represent kind of the technical health of the system and help make good trade offs. And I like Jim's Highsmith's analogy of like, you know, a car, but you can use it for so many things right if you don't take care of your house.
