Any imperative structure still sounds quite rude, even if you add lots of stuff at the start or at the end. So here are some other options. Luke, please write a long line course about writing emales. Ok, this is quite good. You've added. Please consider right? Which is, you know, a nice bit of hedging. Er, but you're still ordering me to do it. This is much better. It just comes across as much more polite and nice. And i don't feel likem being ordered to do something. I'm more willing to have an instantly positive response to that. Just check my phone. Own the cue people, cue jumping me.
