When I started jujitsu, I noticed people were moving in all these different ways. It did help me to loosen up and move in those different ways with jujitsu. But the thing that helped me the most was figuring out how can I replicate aspects of that actually in the gym? "I take time to do lighter movements in the gym, where I can allow my body to express hyper ranges of motion," he says.
