Is There a Place for Attribution Reporting?

There's a gap between the expectations and reality of attribution, but there's still a place for it. If you've got a big deal that you won or lost, if you were tracking those touch points along the way, you could look back and see, is there a story there that tells why we won or lost? I think our brains are wired as humans for storytelling. That's where it really comes back down to your audience. You got to know what your company value proposition is. And yet it is really the most important thing to a buyer. So your attribution data should be helping you make better decisions.
