How Did You Get Started With SoftWar Development?

i worked in i t, and then did soft war development and dot nat. I picked up on this pattern that when we were in i t and there was an outage, we blamed the softer developers for not knowing how to write code. And at some point i jus i came to this conclusion, wait a minute. I know all these people, you know, i hang out with em. I'm friends with all of em. I drink beer with them. So where's the breakdown here? It was really that leason that was the missing link between the two.
