A New Pair of Salivary Glands in the Human Body?

Oncologists have found what they're claiming to be a brand new pair of salivary glands, buried deep in the middle of your head. They were trying to understand why people who undergo radiation therapy sometimes struggle with dry mouth and problems swallowing. There is still some debate over whether or not these are indeed large salivary glands,. Or perhaps just collections of micro salivary glands which we know already exist throughout the mouth.
