Is It a Tactic of Impression Management?
There's an interesting item here, a it's called pro social behavior. In most of the cases, no, it waspresented as a defensive tactic. It was response to some kind of need to defend the organizations legitimacy and and good will. But they don't actually do the hard work to look at their patriarchal values. And that's where becomes just a little bit fakue. Is, this is what society wants,. This is what society values right now, and we better get on the same page if we want their business.
