Luca's Spacesuit Leak

NASA astronaut Luca Parmitano was on a spacewalk when he noticed water in his helmet. He couldn't see clearly or breathe through his nose and had to navigate quickly back to the airlock. The space station chief engineer, Chris Hansen, led an investigation into what had gone wrong withLuca's suit. A fan pump separator is blamed; engineers replaced it and added a breathing tube that works like a snorkel.
