The Costs of Rituals in a Church Setting
Even walking into a church building can cause PTSD flashbacks or panic attacks. The rituals themselves may become trauma triggers, yes, anxiety triggers. And then you don't have access to the rituals even in a different community with a different set of people. Oh, huge loss. It makes me think of COVID and this this great interruption.
