When I have athletes come in a lot of times they're coming from like class they've been sitting around it's kind of like this zombie apocalypse. We get the energy high we move their bodies we get them ramped up and then we'll funnel that into more specific type play. It is going to be based off the athlete and what we're kind of focusing on here but let's say it's a football player we'll go short field short narrow field long narrow long field so they don't have a ton of room to make the person miss side to side or vertically.
