When looking at reviews and maybe this is obvious to everyone else I always change it to be most recent because a lot of times there's been big changes over the last few years. The reviews you could be looking at would be from 2014 or something like that. So looking that is a great idea to do most recent reviews and actually read themDon't just look at the like TripAdvisor the circles the they have the five circles and how many are filled in.
