The Power Couple

Bobby would be so much work that Nick would never survive, whereas- And Melissa, turns out, is a lot of work for him. He's terrified he's going to buy the wrong fucking whatever. At the same time though, he feels less passive with Francis as the novel goes on. With Francis, at least on some level, he can breathe. Which I don't get that from his home life with Melissa.
