Is It a Good Idea to Ask a Customer a Question?
Nick cunninger: I think different stages. Does it change along the customer journey, right? Like, as in, after someone signs up for your emal list, and then you get a certain kind of zero party data there,. And then different when i like, post purchase, i think so. It's probably more just a thing about resources to get all those questions out. But yet, i actualy haven't done a ton of it personally, and i'm really excited etinto it.
