What Is It in Life That You Value?

Libet: I was in a difficult enough place that i just wanted out. If they had said zero, i think i probably would have pushed them on it,. That is generally not their policy. It would have been surprising if they had said double it. You know, this comes down to, what is it in life that you value? And the number i came out with was that, with normal returns, and i could retire, if that's what i chose to do, between forty and forty five.
