A lot of us think what we want is this thing that is just going to make us happy forever. Could you maybe describe what it means to grow up as a leader, and like y, that's t the first thing that to happen before you can become a great leader? I don't think we ever finish the process of growing up. Grown up uses every experience that there happened, that happens to them, to go deeper in their own development. And so if we go into the planning processw the acceptance of impermanence, we plan our best. But the real effort is in building the capacity to withstand the changes that occur regardless. That's the real leadership capability.
