Sleep is the cornerstone of pretty much everything, or good mental, physical and emotional well-being. You can't regulate your hunger if you're sleep deprived. Your body will preferentially burn muscle rather than fat if you're not well-slept. So prioritizing sleep is definitely one thing that has changed in my life profoundly.
