'Deafly Menacing'

In the mid 19 nineties, an 19 95, he's arrested a newport, oregon because a woman that he was trying to tie up, rape and kill a jumps out of a motel window. There's a rope that's tied to her ankle. She gets, thankful, e gets to the police and in and that leads to a 19 96 conviction of kidnapping, attempted rape, sexual abuse, coercion, assault and menacing. Now, i think they've only tied him to e, maybe a couple of these riters. But that's hat's close enough really.
