I think shame is ultimately about not being seen. When we have to hide up some aspects of ourselves, we just empower ourselves and we just empower our patients. I had an unbelievably difficult time trying to manage new motherhood with fellowship. It's not something that other people at work want to hear about. And it's such a vulnerable position you're in, right?
