It critically analyzes the burgeoning Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion industry, its corporate funding, and the lack of federal oversight, as well as the impact on traditional political alignments. Additionally, it addresses the tensions between civil rights initiatives and perceptions of 'cultural Marxism' in contemporary discourse.
