The Relationship Between Breathing and Running

Crawling is a really good way of training that sensation and training that variability. We can train both and then we don't need to focus on maybe as much of these big strong exhales and inhales. I think if we can get the rib cage moving and get people to feel their body and be aware of their body a little bit more, then that the breathing will come as a result of that sometimes. And it can be chicken and egg for some people. So crawling is basically, can you organize yourself kind of over your left leg and over your right leg in a crawling position? That's what it is.
