How to Get More Protein in Your Diet

Between 8 and 210 calories per gram of protein to be arranged that is aggressive, but sustainable when implemented as a protein. Between 8 and 10 is as low as I would go. Then if they can go lower than that without being hungry, most people will want to fill up all of those calories with specifically super low energy density food.
