Fasting has been around for a very long time and there does seem to be some benefits, but I think what you were sharing about that there isn't a lot of data specifically on women. Sometimes we could be shooting ourselves in the foot because if we're trying to fast for body composition, improve body composition, it turns out fasting is adding more of a stressor to our system. And now we're having some HP access dysfunction and it's going to become harder to lose body fat. So being intentional about how we're doing it and what are the overall stressors that we have on our system and how fasting fits in.
