Is There Any Idioms That People Really Use?

i had an email from some one called anna. She said that it's very important to know which are the good idioms and which are the bad, right? So when i teach you language here on this podcaste, it's definitely language that a that people use ok. I try not to teach language that is old fashioned or just isn't useful any more. Ok.
