The Importance of Having a Maschismo Sensitivity

Do you ever worry that sometimes maybe you can become a little imbalanced in your machismo sensibility when it comes to approaching some of these challenges? One of the things that kind of bothered me, I guess you could say about my father when he was very sick, is he didn't tell us how sick he was until very close to his passing. And I wish he had asked for help a little sooner, or at least conveyed to us what he was going through sooner than he did.
