Tense Marking

In languages that have a pretty overt, perfective, imperfective system The perfective often defaults to marking some event in the past. Which is why it crosses the border into mood so much. In Bulgarian it's actually a future. So some funky things happen there when you try to indicate a bounded event. Just describe an event that's going on now. It's a little bit weird.
