How to Deal With a Hallucination

The writer had a hallucination while working at a hotel in Paris. The two people he saw turned their heads to look at him, but they didn't move. He then watched as the figures began to dissolve into a mess of limbs and facial features. It was one of the most disturbing Frightening and harrowing experiences in my life. To feel like you're losing complete control over your mind and your environment Sometimes I feel like that's a fate worse than death.
