In the beginning, before it's all cemented, they really, really work hard. So then what happens is you think, okay, I'm not going to let them have all of my business. And so that's how it starts off. They love bomb you like that. Then on top of that, you start to notice things that are off. You just continue on with the situation because you think it's going to serve you in some way.
