How to Make an Album That's Coherent
I didn't have any of those tunes written. I think it's really strange. Like, and I say this to quite a few people when they tell me they're making an album is like, I almost get to a point and I'm like, right, I'm making an album. And I find that the soon the shortest amount of time that you make an album in or a collection of material, then I find it's way more coherent with itself. You just need to kind of knuckle down and just try and make something feel like it's all come from the same period in time,. It's all almost like for a film. That's how I look at my albums.
