How to Scale Fast and Hit Revenue Targets
In the past I would have thought of all of this that I'm talking about as brand marketing. So, I think that's a really good thing to do is change so much where you're not always focusing on that lead. What are the metrics that I never would have looked at a couple of years ago. Yeah and this might be relevant for the next point so for these bees or companies that want to scale fast. We need maximum leads to fuel our sales team so we can hit our revenue targets. That's for the next year for the next quarter. How do you get round that how do you kind of put them in the mindset that well we're going to have less leads.
