The Story of a Kidnapping
In 2029, a couple in West Ashley received a phone call that their infant child had been kidnapped. They were to leave $50,000 inside a building marked with a yellow X inside Echo Town. Lloyd Boykin, age twenty, was the sole author of the ransom note and the scheme itself. He asked Barrett to tell the police he was there and that he wished to be arrested.
