The Resistance to Minority Contracting Affirmative Action

In the 80s and 90s there were two major Supreme Court cases that said we know that this government program is explicitly favoring some races over others. Now as you mentioned there's the recent Supreme Court case about affirmative action in Harvard and the University of North Carolina. The courts have accepted these kind of to my mind pretty ridiculous disparity studies showing why the government has to keep discriminating.
