The real key thing is, how do you get the demand going? You need to give the best possible evidence that the demand might possibly be there. A classic ontrepanerial approach is to go by some advertising on a platform like facebook and prove click through. For every successful market place, there have been thousands of failed market places. It's a very difficult game, but huge game. And i, myself, personally love when new market places are constructed.
