The Importance of Risk in Failure
I'm really like curious on what is like maybe a fuzzy question, but around how the community and so can like support, I guess like there's more risk taking. We should expect that like most things will end in failure. And we should try to make people less scared or less worried about this in the beginning. If all of our projects are succeeding, we're not doing the right thing. There should definitely be sometimes where it turns out it didn't pan out. Maybe we can do what we can to make the community supportive of people who hope give things a go.
