Marriage Is an Old Institution That Has Run Its Course
I would look back and feel deep compassion for him in a situation he had never bargained for when marrying me all he had ever wanted in life was to be allowed to do his job. He did have a very specific idea of the kind of man he would have welcomed as a son-in-law. I remember one music concert we went to and there was this young man whom he had met once or twice he was at the Tartar Institute of Fundament Research so he whispered to me take a look at that man in the science of blue shirt and I looked and I saw a very pleasant person.
