How to Create a Relationship With Your Team
When you don't have everyone together, the idea of getting them to feel the excitement and feel the energy of others on the team is that something where you would bring people together. So you help generate that kind of enthusiasm and camaraderie. Once a week, I get with every person individually on the phone call, not a video, but a phone call. And what we talked about is anything but work. Because what you're trying to do is establish that rapport, that relationship, and have them look at you as not being the boss, the manager or the director. That's the culture part.
