Is Sleep Deprivation a Good Strategy?

There is this interesting case study that came out recently where they were, it was an enduran. It was one person, endurance athlete, who knew they were going to be sleep deprived during the actual event. And so i believe it was once a week they am purposely were sleep deprived and training during that situation. They found that subjective, there wasn't like, an objective measure performance, but they found subjectively that they felt fine during that time. I think, im, definitely, people should train according to the conditions of the race. But i probably wouldn't do that, you know, once a week, like, i don't think that's going to provide all this extra benefit
