The Ninth Court of Appeals in Mendez v Westmaster

The Ninth Court of Appeals ruling on April 14, 1947 upheld the district courts verdict in a unanimous 7-0 decision. Mendez didn't make it to the Supreme Court but people like Thurgood Marshall who ended up winning Brown v Board just a few years later were watching and using cases like Mendez to see how the courts would rule. The US Postal Service did make a stamp for Mendez v Westmaster in 2007.
